About Hope Portal
The Former Chief Minister Of Uttarakhand, Tivendra Singh had Launched A new Digital Platform For the benefit of Unemployed And Skilled Youth Of Uttarakhand, known as Hope Portal, In Which A Database Will be Created Of All Skilled And Unskilled Youth Of The State, and based on that database, the state government will provide employment and self-employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of the state.
Since The Launch Of This Project In Uttarakhand, Many Unemployed Youths Of Uttarakhand Have Got Various Jobs, So The Launch Of This Project Has Been Very Successful And Also This Project Have Been Honoured From Other States.
Objective Of this scheme
- Creating a database of various skilled and unskilled youth in the state and provide jobs to them based on that database
- To Provide Employment To The Unemployed Youth Of The State
- Reducing The Unemployment Rate In The State Of Uttarakhand
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident from Uttarakhand State
- applicants should not have a government job
- Applicants age should minimum 18 years
Benefits
All skilled and unskilled youth in the state have to go to the hope portal and register, where they have to give correct details of all the information asked for, Based on the information provided by them, a new database will be created with their name which will be maintained in that portal and later the youth will get employment opportunities through it.

How to Apply
If you want to enroll your name in this portal then follow the below steps
- Applicants should first go to the official website of Hope Portal, which link we have given below for your convenience.
- then the applicants have to register his name in this portal by clicking “Candidate Registration”, as shown below
- Now a Registration form will appear in front of your computer /mobile screen, which looks like this
- To fill the registration form you have to complete the three steps available in the registration form only after completing all the steps you can submit your form
- In the first step, you have to fill in your personal information such as your name, father’s name, date of birth, your address, mobile number, bank account number, email id etc.
- After completing the first step, in the second step, you will have to fill your current/last job details such as the name of your firm in which you used to work, the firm’s address etc.
- Now in the end you have to fill in additional information such as your current income, if you have received training in any field, then what are your main expectations from the government? his information
- After completing all the steps mentioned above, you have to re-check the filled form once again, after that you have to click on the “Submit” button and then your information will be added to the database.
Procedure to Login to the HOPE Portal

- It takes the online user to the home page below.
- Click on the Login tab in the Menu Bar.
- Enter the User Name and Password on the Login Page.
- It then takes the online user to the employee dashboard, where the applicants can start applying for their choice jobs.
How to check your hope portal application status
If you have registered on the home portal of the Uttarakhand Government, then you can check your registration, how to check your registration, for this you can follow the process given below:-
- To check the registration status, first of all, visit the official website of Hope Portal which link we have already mentioned above
- After reaching the website, click on the “SEARCH APPLICATION” Option
- As soon as you click on the link mentioned above, a page named “Check your registration” will open in front of you.
- To check the registration status, now you have to enter your mobile number which you filled while registering and after that fill out the captcha code and then click on the “Check Application” button
- As soon as you click on the check application button, the status of your application will open in front of you.
