About These Schemes
Unemployment is on the rise in our country. Unemployment is now the biggest problem in this country, so the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has focused deeply on reducing the unemployment rate in the state. For This, He has launched three new youth-centric projects called Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign (Youth Center), Kaushal Shatarang Yojana, and Mukhyamantri Apprentice Incentive Project (CMAPS) to reduce unemployment in the state. As a result of these projects, the youth will get employment according to their qualifications. The scheme will also provide training to unemployed youth as well as placements in various sectors.

All of these Scheme will focus on skills training, stipends as well as job creation/Job providing, and the government will link the Unemployed youth to fixed-term employment.
Objective Of This Schemes
- To solve big problems like unemployment in the state of Uttar Pradesh
- Providing employment to the unemployed youth of Uttar Pradesh and also providing placement by providing them training according to their qualifications.
- To make the state economically strong
- Under the Skill Development Scheme, young people who have gone through unemployment will be relieved and will not have to Roam Anywhere for jobs.
Eligibility criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- The beneficiary should not have any other job i.e. the person should be in the unemployment department.
- An applicant must be an unemployed youth
- The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 to 40 years.
YUBA HUB
The “Yuba Hub” is one of the three projects launched by the state government to tackle the problem of unemployment in the state
The state government has decided to allocate Rs 1,200 crore for the “Yuba Hub” project and the main objective of the project is to provide employment to thousands of skilled youth through financial assistance. Through the CM Youth HUB project, unemployed youth will be able to get suitable jobs according to their qualifications. This Scheme will employ millions of trained youth in the state. Apart from this, 30,000 start-up units will also be set up and a Stipend of Rs 2500 will also be given.

- Central Government – 1500 rupees
- State Government – 1,000 rupees

Uttar Pradesh Kaushal Satrang Yojana

Under this project, mega job fairs will be organized in every district service office of the state. This UP Kaushal Satrang scheme will provide special training to 2.36 lakh people in 2020. Under the UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme, 6 sub-schemes will be launched in 2021, which will provide employment opportunities to the educated youth of the state as well as improve their livelihood.
For this Kaushal Satrang Scheme, The state government allocated a budget value of Rs 2021 crore in the 2021 Academic Year.
Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS)
This project of the UP government will provide training to the unemployed youth of the state and will recruit them for various jobs as per their qualifications. Under this scheme, the unemployed will not only get training, but also they will get a stipend of Rs 2,500 per month, of which Rs 1,500 will be provided by the central government and Rs 1,000 per month by the state government to the unemployed youth of UP
How To Apply In This SCheme
The project Beneficiaries will be selected through job fairs organized in every district of the state.
The salary received by the beneficiaries will be transferred to their bank account.
Under the Skill Development Scheme, young people who have gone through unemployment will be relieved and will not have to Roam Anywhere for jobs.
