Haryana State Government has launched many schemes for the welfare of the people of Haryana state and is still doing so, Haryana government has launched various schemes for the people of every part of the state, including some of the most distressed, miserable, and afflicted people, This project will provide the following allowances for the benefit of those Suffered people
1. Dwarfs Allowance
Beneficiaries: Dwarf People In the State
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Haryana
- Applicant must be a dwarf (height 3 feet 8 inches or less for males and 3 feet 3 inches or less for females)
- The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years.
- The applicant must give a certificate from the Civil Surgeon in support of being Eunuch
Benefit: Allowance of Rs 1,800 to Rs 2500 per month
Application process: The applicant has to apply for this project from his/her nearest e-Disha Kendra or Atal Seva Kendra
2. Eunuchs Allowance
Beneficiaries: Eunuchs People of the State
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Haryana
- The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years.
- The applicant must give a certificate from the Civil Surgeon in support of being Eunuch.
- The applicant should not be involved in any unlawful activity.
Benefit: Allowance of Rs 1,800 to Rs 2500 per month

3. Financial Assistance to Destitute Children Scheme(FADC)
Beneficiaries: which parents/guardians of the children up to the age of 21 years who are deprived of proper care because of the death or long imprisonment of their parents, long illness or mental retardation,
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Haryana
- Child under twenty-one years of age who has been deprived of parental support or care by reason of his/her parents’ death/ continued absence from the home of his father for the last 2 years/ or father/mother has been sentenced imprisonment for a period not less than one year / physical or mental incapacity of a parent.
- Income of parents/guardians should not exceed ` 2,00,000 per annum;
- Benefit up to two children of a family only
Benefit: Allowance of Rs 500(All Children, from January 2014) to Rs 1600(children, from April 2021) per month.

4. Financial Assistance to Kashmiri Migrant Families Scheme
Beneficiaries: displaced families of Kashmiri Migrants from the State of Jammu and Kashmir
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for assistance under this scheme, the maximum annual income from all sources of the displaced family from Jammu & Kashmir should not exceed Rs 2,00,000/-per annum (two lacs)
- The total period of provision financial assistance for re-settlement will be five years
Benefit: The rate of financial will be Rs1000/- per month per member of the family subject to maximum assistance of Rs 5,000/- per month per family.

5. Financial assistance to Male/Female/Transgender Acid Attack Victims
Beneficiaries: Acid Attack Victims ( Male/Female/Transgender )
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants Must be a resident of Haryana State (If the acid attack takes place outside the state of Haryana, but the victim is a resident of Haryana, he/she also can apply in this scheme)
- Those with a permanent disability certificate will be eligible for a monthly pension
- The person will only be eligible to claim a pension if his / her case is deemed authorized to be a victim of acid attack then he / she will not be eligible for any other type of social security pension.
- Applicant must provide the medical certificate and complaint FIR while applying in this assistance scheme
- Government employees will not be eligible for financial assistance
Benefit
- If the victims of an acid attack lodges a complaint at the police station, the offender will be severely punished.
- In addition to this, financial assistance will also be provided to the person suffering from an acid attack
Under this Scheme monthly financial assistance will be admissible as per below table:

Application process: The victim herself/himself, parents, or her/his legal guardians may apply to the District Social Welfare Officer for the relief
6. Financial Assistance To Non-School Going Disabled Children
Beneficiaries: mentally retarded and multiply disabled children who are in the age group of 0-18 years and not able to attend formal education, training, etc. due to their disability
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants Must be a resident of Haryana State
- Mentally retarded children with IQ <50 or 70% disability or above With cerebral palsy, autism, multiple disability of 70% or more. or Orthopaedic disability of 100%
- 0-18 years who are not able to attend formal education, training etc
Benefit
Rate of Allowance: ` 1,200 per month (w.e.f April 2021)

Nikshay Poshan Yojana
Through this scheme, all TB patients will get Rs 500 per month for their treatment and will get Rs1000 advance at the beginning of registration.
